To further insure

delivered to an address other than the
billing address, like a friend, relative
or P.O. box, you can simply fill out the
alternate shipping address form on our
secure order page and your package will
be delivered to that address instead.
For the ultimate in privacy we can send your package
to a UPS
pickup location near you where you can walk
in and pick up your package at a time that is
convenient for you. The UPS employees have no
idea what's in the package and to them you're
just another person picking up box.

Purchase
a money order in the amount of $54.45 payable
to "CMT LLC". We prefer a U.S.
Postal Service money order but please feel free
to purchase anywhere you like.
Call our

like to purchase using a money order.
You will be
asked for the serial number on the money
order and the location where it was
purchased. We will also get your
shipping information from you at this
time
Then, your
package will go out the same day just as
if you purchased using a credit card.

Rush Delivery
As an additional option you
can also choose to have your package delivered
overnight on 2nd day with UPS,
and rates will calculated when you placing CheckMate
test kit order.

Have
your package delivered to a UPS Store near you
and pick up your package whenever you like. Your
privacy is completely assured. The UPS employees
have no idea what is in the package and as far
as they are concerned you're just another person
picking up a package.
