Hello friends, my name is Brad Holmes, I am the
founder of the Seattle Washington based CheckMate
company. If you are searching the Internet for a
semen detection test kit you need to be aware
of the fact that the following individual in Phoenix
Arizona is lurking in the shadows of the Internet just waiting to
take advantage of you and your situation.
How does it make you feel to know that this guy
fabricated the so-called "testimonial" you see
below in an effort to trick you out of your
money? Especially when all you were really doing
is looking for help? Because he did fabricate
this scheme you see below and it's a perfect
example of everything that's wrong with the
Internet today.
We
used this test in regards to our daughter and
wanted to be sure we bought the right one. We
looked at a similar product at another site and
they not only charge twice as much for the same
thing, but they have nothing but negative things
to say about the competition. That steered us to
this product and we were pleased in every
way...except for the positive test result.
:(
A message for Mr. Arriola
from the CheckMate company
Nobody did anything in regards to their daughter, you
liar, and the fact that you fabricated this story about
somebody's child makes you a real lowlife sir. Because
lying to consumers wasn't enough for you - you had to
heighten the situation by including a "child" in your
scam too. And just so you know, CheckMate is available
on hundreds of websites, so your apartment based "State
Crime Lab" is certainly not our "competition.
Furthermore friend, because CheckMate is a patented
product, that cobbled together nightmare you call
"failsafe" is not the same thing as CheckMate either you
pathological nutcase.
His latest
negative advertising creation is this red circle slash
image of our product. Yes, if stealing and lying weren't
enough, this brain dead screwball who also calls our
product a "consumer toy" even went so far as massacring
our our registered trademark and our registered
copyrighted packaging. Look closely too and see how this
desperately unethical weirdo changed the
label to "CheckMated" instead of
CheckMate. Now how would you like to purchase something
from a person like that?
So, who's really selling the toy test kit?
These phony
"State Crime Lab" labels are also created by this weirdo in his
apartment, on his home computer, and he actually sends
this fraud to unsuspecting consumers in the mail. That's
how he was caught telling callers to his apartment that
they were speaking to the state crime lab too because as
unbelievable as that sounds he was caught red handed
doing just that - telling callers to his apartment they
were speaking to the state crime lab. Absurd? You better
believe it. True? Absolutely!
Documented fact that can
never be changed
Investigators for the
CheckMate company ordered the product from his website
and received the state crime lab box in the U.S. Mail. A
telephone call was made 5 minutes later to Mr. Arriola's
apartment and when he answered the phone the first words
spoken by our investigator were, "Is this the state
crime lab?" To which Mr. Arriola immediately and without
hesitation responded "Yes it is."
If you want to see what kind
of person we're talking about read the following e mail
written to investigators for the CheckMate company by
"Detective Murphy" himself paying particular attention
to the smiley face.

I never care what they say. And I know
that anything nasty they do say will just
sell my stuff for me. :) Just like any
press their kits get-- always increase my sales. I
just sell my stuff and ignore the noise they
make.

Now read the
following so-called testimonial from his website once
again paying close attention to the frowning smiley face
at the end.

This is not
"the same thing" as CheckMate,
and except for the fact he
mindlessly altered this item from its original
configuration in a failed attempt to mimic CheckMate, there are no similarities between this
worthless piece of paper and the world renowned CheckMate 5 Minute Infidelity Test.
The
"State Crime Lab" box does not appear on his website but it is a
documented fact that he does send the box to
people in the mail. It's actually the second
phony box he's created too. The last phony box, the one that did appear on his website, it had the name of a non
existent laboratory on the label along with a
stupidly absurd negative advertising scheme at the bottom
of the "label"
which he had also fabricated.
"Beware of
similar commercial consumer like products that
may linger on store shelves or in warehouses for
months or years"
And notice the
"results in 30 seconds" claim too. Because today
for the same item the instructions on his
website for the so-called "failsafe" item he is
offering have been changed to 15 seconds.
Now he wants you to believe that CheckMate is a
"consumer toy" and actually claims that
the defective item he is selling provides
so-called "failsafe" results even though
the instructions on this highly deceptive home
based website have been changed over and over
again in a failed attempt to make it
work.
"Unlike consumer tests sold online, there
are no liquid chemicals to mix, allowing for
failsafe
results."
The instructions on
the website stated that a color reaction must
take place within " 60
seconds.
That lasted about 6
months.
Then he changed the
instructions to 30 seconds.
After few months he
changed the instructions back to 60 seconds again.
Today the
instructions on the website read "immediately." But,
when you receive the package, shockingly enough,
the instructions actually say 15
seconds.
Also comes with a
piece of paper signed by the "Mastermind"
Now just how failsafe does that
sound to you?
