If you are using our "Hold at UPS" option please be sure to enter HOLD AT UPS in the "company" field of the order form. If you don't have time to find a location yourself just enter "Hold at UPS" and we will find the nearest location to your billing address and then send you the address of that location and tracking number by private e mail. If you cannot provide and e mail address when making your order just give us a call before you get ready to pick up your package and we'll give you your tracking number by phone.
